My name is Shannon and I'm a lifelong learner who loves to make things with web technologies, graphic design programs, and Python. I'm currently seeking roles relating to CRM and eCommerce to make the best use of my varied technical and marketing skillsets. CRM & ESP
Most recently, I've had the pleasure of working with Salesforce to to manage, import, and analyse customer data. I also worked with SF Marketing Cloud(formerly ExactTarget) to segment and communicate with various audiences. I created and sent emails with HTML and CSS which rendered consistently across a variety of devices, resolutions, and clients.
CMS & Frontend
I'm not just passionate about homebrewed HTML and CSS! I've also worked with CMS such as WordPress and Concrete CMS, which have helped me pick up basic PHP and Javascript skills. Additionally, I've enjoyed using these to improve my skills at file organisation and working with pre-existing codebases.
Graphic Design
I've enjoyed studying typographical and colour theory principles in my spare time, as well as learning how to use industry-standard softwares to produce excellent web graphics and logos. My favourites are Figma and Adobe Photoshop, but I am also proficient in Canva and Adobe Illustrator. Most recently, I've practiced some pixel art using Aseprite!
